Ownership of goods does not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been made and a proof of payment has been provided to MLN.
Unless otherwise stated, a warranty period applies to your purchase. This should be stated on your invoice and in the item description. Invoices are only provided with the purchase of a product, and no duplicate will be provided.
If you experience problems with your purchased product please troubleshoot your product via the provided manufacturer's troubleshooting guide or visit the manufacturer's website for updates or additional help. We are also here to help and we take great pride in assisting our customers with technical problems that may not be listed by the particular manufacturer.
All new products carry a warranty with the statutory protection of the Australian Consumer Law Act. A copy of the original invoice must be presented at the time of a warranty claim.
Warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accidental damage, extreme conditions/temperature, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, faulty batteries, the power supply, servicing not authorised by MLN or the manufacturer, usage not in accordance with product instructions (no suitability of use is expressed or implied as there is variance from item to item), failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by MLN. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are the complete responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Software-related faults resulting from incorrect software installation or usage or software viruses or software inherent bugs are not covered under warranty. It is the end user's responsibility to keep useable archive backups of all data and to reload all software following any maintenance or repair performed under warranty. MLN is not responsible for damage to, or loss of, any programs, data, or removable storage media including any consequential loss or damage.
